THE
POINT MEDIA is led by Harold Brook, an industry veteran and former head of business affairs at both NBC and CBS. He has assembled a team of highly experienced and respected professionals to bring clients the right mix of legal knowledge, business acumen and practical in-house experience.
Our senior team includes Richard Marks, who ran legal and business affairs for such companies as Weintraub Entertainment Group, Nelvana, Kushner-Locke and Media Home Entertainment; Jake Jacobson, who headed the business affairs department at Paramount Network Television; Aviva Bergman, who headed the business affairs departments at Lifetime, ICM, and dick clark productions; Nick La Terza, who headed the legal and business affairs departments for New World Pictures and Largo Entertainment after working as a partner at the law firm Sidney & Austin; and motion picture veteran Richard Fowkes who ran business affairs for Paramount Pictures.
All members of our firm team bring outstanding credentials from top studios, networks and production companies, and solid relationships with the key business and creative executives in the entertainment industry. We've all been part of large organizations and are adept at navigating through them to get deals done.
